SPEED FEST - We Hope you had Fun! This is one of our favorite programs here at SPC. It is so much more than just a camp. It is our opportunity to enrich the lives of our athletes through encouragement, education, and sport specific training. Triathlon/Marathon Strength and Conditioning Program
Triathlon is one of the most unique sports to train for - it is a true test of your mental and physical thresholds. Success relies on proper nutrition and optimal conditioning. Our E.X.C.E.L.TM (EXercise to Compete at the Elite Level) training program increases the body's efficiency resulting in increased speed and endurance with less effort. College Bound Athletes Summer Training Camp
The transition from High School to College athletics is a difficult one. The athletes are bigger, the speed of the game is faster, and the competition is more physical. You can prepare yourself to make an immediate impact your freshman year if you prepare properly. The College Bound Athletes program is designed to do just that for incoming college freshman athletes OR for current college athletes with the commitment to remain at the top of their game! Increase your speed, strength, power, and fitness through sport specific training while sharpening your sport specific skills through our network of top level skills coaches. This program is extremely intense and requires the utmost commitment from the athlete. From soccer to football, from tennis to baseball, you will be ready to play at the next level. SPC Baseball's Fall Ball Program
The Fall Ball Program is an awesome off season program that addresses all aspects of strength and conditioning, and injury prevention. Learn how your mechanics may be causing a loss in velocity and/or accuracy while possibly setting you up for injury. Increase your flexibility, strength and power for greater bat speed and throwing velocity. Improve your lower extremity and core strength to help control the throwing motion and decrease the risk of shoulder, elbow and back injuries. To learn more click here for more information.
